My second week of classes and ambassador roles was a lot tamer than my first week back. I am definitely back into the swing of being a student and managing my responsibilities and my time. Is that just because I dropped my credit hours from 18 to 15? It's very possible. My first event this week was Welcoming African American Students. The event had a lot of great food that we got to eat and I was able to meet some new people. My volunteer work for Girl Scouts of America started that same day. It was nice to be able to get back to my troop of Brownies and pump them up about the new school year and all the activities we have planned for them. On Thursday I worked the Recruitment Fair by the café and then headed on down to my shift at the Welcome Desk after. When I wasn't on the phone I was started up on writing the thank you letters to those who have donated to UC Blue Ash. This weekend I'm looking forward to heading up to OSU and being the lone bearcat in a sea full of Buckeyes before the football game Saturday.
